The story of Aran Zino Mahan
Aran Zino Mahan began with doctoral research. From 2015, Mehdi Shojaei studied the phenolic compounds and quality of olive oil at the Taarom olive research station, and defended his PhD in horticultural science at Bu-Ali Sina University in 2019.
That research path became a company that wants to offer edible oil with numbers and plain explanations: a product you can ask about and get a precise answer.

The group's first brand is Arzima: cold-pressed olive oil from Taarom.
