What is the Arzima brand?
Arzima is the olive oil brand of the Aran Zino Mahan group. Its promise is simple: whatever we say about the oil, we show with a test sheet and a number.
From hand to bottle
The olives are picked by hand in November and December and cold-pressed by Arzima in Tarom.
Two product lines, two orchards
The main Arzima line is a blend of two olive varieties. The special line comes from the Zanjan Agricultural Research Center orchard and is limited in quantity.
Transparency and the lab
Arzima has its own lab, and Mehdi Shojaei checks the batches. Our latest test sheet covers one sample from April 2025: acidity 0.20% and peroxide value 6.70, both within Iranian National Standard 1446.
